Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Peek Hunt Publisher ("the app"), operated by NJITSOLUTION. By using the app, you agree to them.

Who may use the app

The app is an internal tool for NJITSOLUTION and the team members it authorizes. It is not offered to the public, and accounts cannot be created by anyone else.

Acceptable use

• Publish only content that NJITSOLUTION owns or has the right to publish.
• Follow the rules of every platform the app publishes to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms, the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Threads Terms of Use.
• Label AI-generated or altered content wherever a platform requires it.
• Do not use the app to collect information about other people or to send spam.

Content

NJITSOLUTION is responsible for the content it publishes through the app. Publishing through a platform's API does not change that platform's own rules for the content.

Third-party platforms

The app relies on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Threads, which may change or limit their services at any time. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, TikTok or Meta.

No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, NJITSOLUTION is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. NJITSOLUTION may suspend or end anyone's access to the app at any time.
