Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Peek Hunt Publisher ("the app"), operated by NJITSOLUTION ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used, and the choices available. The app is an internal tool: only NJITSOLUTION's team signs in to it, and it connects only social media accounts that NJITSOLUTION owns.

Information we collect

• Team sign-in. The name and email address of the Google account each team member signs in with.
• Connected platform accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads). For each account we connect: its account ID, username or display name, profile picture where the platform provides it, the access and refresh tokens the platform issues, and when those tokens expire.
• Our content and its records. The videos, titles and captions we create, when and where each was published, the post IDs and links the platforms return, and the statistics the platforms report for our own posts (such as views and likes).

We do not collect information about the people who watch our videos, beyond the totals the platforms report.

How we use it

• To publish the videos our team approves to our own accounts, at the times we choose.
• To show which account is connected and keep the connection working (including renewing tokens before they expire).
• To keep a record of what was published where, and to understand how our own content performs.

We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of anyone.

TikTok, Instagram and Threads data

We use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API, the Instagram API and the Threads API only to read the basic information of our own accounts and to publish our own videos to them. Information received from these platforms is used only for those purposes and is not shared with anyone else.

Storage and security

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States (encrypted at rest), and the app is hosted on Vercel. Access tokens stay on our servers: after an account is connected, the app never shows its token again. Access is limited to NJITSOLUTION's team.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the app: a video and its caption go to the platform it is published on, and our service providers (Amazon Web Services and Vercel) store and serve the app's data on our behalf. Video content is created with the help of AI services; no information from connected accounts is sent to them.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while an account stays connected and are deleted when it is disconnected. Records of published videos are kept for as long as we operate the channel. Access can also be withdrawn at any time in each platform's settings (for example, TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions; Instagram and Threads: Settings, Website permissions). To ask us to delete information, email info@njitsolution.com; we respond within 30 days.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
